I have spent more than a decade within Big-5-consulting honing the skills applied here at Triple Crown Consulting. I value the pink shells outside of my head just as much as the grey matter inside. I listen and keep listening to pinpoint your actual need for support (not my need to fit your situation into one of my models)

Triple Crown Consulting´s company culture reflects my own personal core values: Curiosity, Empathy, Integrity and Courage. Effective altruism is my way to show broader empathy and the company will donate parts of yearly profits to social initiatives such as the Deworm the World Initiative and Against Malaria Foundation

Nicolas works with industrial, private equity and public sector clients on integration and separation projects as well as operational excellence programs.

During his career at Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture and Procure IT Right (a part of the Kinnevik Group at the time) he has worked with more than 30 companies across a broad range of industries and geographies. Clients have ranged from mid-size to large and include S&P 500 and OMXS30.

Nicolas has been an appreciated coach for colleagues and clients over the last decade. Triple Crown offers both organizational and individual coaching programs for personal improvement.

He holds an M. Sc. In Economics from Göteborg University, an M. Sc. In Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, and attended business courses at Harvard University, Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley.

Nicolas currently lives in Stockholm and his off work passions include:

moving around, e.g. hiking in nature and boxing in the city
playing around, e.g. guitar and piano
dark matters, e.g. espresso and dark chocolate
