The program includes separate courses on effective problem solving & communication, effective coaching in the workplace and habits for efficiency in the day-to-day operations including how to master ChatGPT for business.

The program can be performed either as a full day event or split into separate sessions. It can also be customized to meet your company's specific needs. I am available to work with you in-person or online.

The individual coaching program is tailored to address the four intelligences we are all endowed with – physical (PQ), intellectual (IQ), emotional (EQ) and spiritual (SQ). In our experience nurturing and evolving all of these - body, mind, heart and spirit - is the effective way to grow as a whole person and achieve new levels in all of life domains. 

You will find a brief overview of the program below – reach out for more details:

  • The program starts with an assessment of your as-is situation - which habits are holding you back and which are propelling you forward?  
  • After this you will be coached into setting an audacious goal for a new to-be situation with desired habits and behaviors
  • Implementation will take months of self improvement and continued coaching sessions at the frequency of your preference

Examples of habits to assess and work with are:

  • PQ, e.g. habits within sleep, exercise, diet, breathing, etc.
  • IQ, e.g. habits for learning, reading, problem solving, efficiency in the workplace, etc.
  • EQ e.g. habits for self awareness and introspection as well as for interacting with others
  • SQ e.g. habits, such as mindfulness, for aligning with the external and internal universe, accepting what is, dealing with loss, etc.
